On my baby's first day, I dropped her off in her carseat next to the wall and left her as the 1 staff member ignored her and focused on the other 10 babies in the room. When I went to pick her up, all the children were screaming, the 2 staff members were stressed and frustrated, there was a child screaming because he was stuck under a toy with his face shoved into the carpet, but no one noticed. And when I asked how her first day went, the only staff member in the room at the time said "I don't know, I only got here at 4:30pm". COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
